Canterbury – Churches and Cider

This here is Canterbury Cathedral, truly a marvellous sight to behold. This was really a great trip where we learned lots of new stuff, like how the term daylight robbery came about with ‘window taxes’ in early England. Got a little history lesson as well, about Thomas Becket and how he was murdered by his King’s followers over a misunderstood statement.

A stroll through Westgate Gardens.
